This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct mental health counseling sessions, incorporating clinical risk assessments.

• Address critical incidents and clinical crises as necessary.

• Fulfill required internal training, assignments, and participate in Spring Health Clinical Team meetings.

• Adhere to Spring Health policies while maintaining confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.

• Gain familiarity with and employ data-driven decision-making and measurement-based care.

• Analyze monthly projections, client metrics, and clinical outcomes to ensure the quality of client care.

⛳️ Requirements

• You must be physically located in and hold an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in NC, GA, FL, SC, AL, IN, TN, and/or OK (including Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.). Applications requiring licensed supervision cannot be accepted.

• You should be capable of working a full 40-hour work week.

• Proficiency with technology and competence in telehealth are essential.

• You must be willing and able to maintain an average caseload of 30 sessions per week.

• Training and experience in evidence-based care modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CPT are required.

• Comfort in providing safety planning and intervention for clients presenting with higher risks is necessary.

• A commitment to delivering quality clinical care and a desire to enhance your effectiveness through an understanding of client progress or challenges are vital.

• You should enjoy working independently while valuing the support of a team and opportunities for collaboration with other providers and our master’s level clinical care navigators.
