Protocol Risk Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create a thorough framework for evaluating and monitoring risk across the protocol.

• Perform strategy analysis, conduct reviews, and assign risk scores.

• Establish and oversee a robust monitoring system for machines operating on Makina.

• Engage in on-chain DeFi risk analysis and monitoring activities.

• Collaborate with and audit the risk management framework of authorized operators.

• Investigate the protocol's exposure to specific protocols and tokens.

• Design a stress testing framework to assess the protocol's resilience to extreme events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of DeFi protocols.

• Extensive expertise in risk control and management.

• Skilled in analyzing protocols across diverse risk categories (e.g., smart contract, economic, governance, etc.).

• High proficiency in on-chain investigation tools (e.g., Etherscan, Nansen, Phalcon) and data analysis tools (Dune, Subgraphs).

• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think independently and flexibly.

• Self-driven, disciplined, and detail-oriented in approach to tasks.

• Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate as a team player.

• Excellent written communication and presentation abilities.
