Protection Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive protection assessments encompassing Life, Critical Illness Cover, and Income Protection.

• Provide tailored recommendations from a broad and competitive selection of providers.

• Uphold the 4.8/5 Trustpilot rating by prioritizing the best interests of our customers.

• Manage warm internal transfers and pre-scheduled calls from over 70 Mortgage Experts.

• Emphasize advisory roles and sales while leveraging AI and automation to minimize administrative tasks.

• Engage in a 39-hour work week with a flexible shift schedule, and no Saturday commitments.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 18 months of prior experience in an advisory Protection position.

• Possession of CeMAP, CertPro, or R05, or a commitment to obtain this within the first three months.

• Exceptional skills in building rapport.

• Capability to manage intricate medical cases with both empathy and accuracy.

• A high-achiever mentality.

• Commitment to a 39-hour work week with a flexible shift arrangement.

• No Saturday work required.
