Protection Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Offer specialized guidance on a variety of protection products, assisting clients in identifying the solutions that align with their needs.

• Utilize advanced technology that enables you to dedicate more time to client interactions and less on administrative tasks.

• Contribute to the evolution of our Protection services, leveraging your insights and experience to enhance our methodology continuously.

• Assist clients throughout their entire experience, from the initial inquiry to the completion of applications and lifestyle questionnaires.

• Provide advice to existing clients with additional needs.

• Collaborate within a remarkable team to ensure the highest quality customer journey.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in advising on life insurance, income protection, and critical illness cover within a Whole of Market setting.

• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Proven capacity to operate efficiently and manage a substantial client portfolio.

• Experience guiding customers from the initial inquiry through to completion.

• Strong track record in addressing inquiries and searching multiple providers to secure the optimal solution for clients.

• A RO5 or CeMAP qualification, or a readiness to pursue it as part of your role.

• Flexibility to adapt to customer needs.

• A history of consistently achieving or surpassing targets.

• An individual who stays informed about trends and industry best practices and shares knowledge with the broader team.
