Prostate Field Medical Director – Non-MD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide expertise in therapeutic areas and products related to Prostate Cancer across various medical customer segments.

• Strategize and implement Medical engagement and strategy within the designated territory.

• Keep informed about relevant disease states and Pfizer’s medicinal offerings.

• Act as a link for Medical Information and customer insights.

• Assist in the development of Medical content strategy.

• Collaborate efficiently with Medical colleagues at headquarters.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a health science is required.

• A PharmD, PhD, or equivalent terminal doctoral degree is highly preferred.

• Relevant experience: PharmD/PhD with 6 years, MBA/MSc with 8 years, BA/BSc with 10 years.

• Recognized subject matter expert among internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to influence and work collaboratively with peers.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Capable of managing multiple projects in a remote setting.

• Adaptability to organizational changes is essential.
