Prospecting Support Virtual Assistant – Sales Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Maintain and oversee a comprehensive list of potential customers

• Regularly clean, organize, and update prospect information

• Conduct research to gather and enrich missing contact details (e.g., email addresses, company information)

• Initiate outreach emails utilizing pre-approved templates

• Personalize communications as necessary while upholding brand tone

• Ensure prompt and professional correspondence with prospects

• Monitor outreach activities, responses, and follow-ups within a centralized system

• Manage follow-up schedules to ensure no leads are overlooked

• Continuously update lead statuses and maintain accurate records

• Provide clear and consistent reporting on outreach activities and outcomes

• Identify and flag interested or qualified leads

• Direct qualified prospects to the relevant internal team members

• Strong organizational and data management capabilities

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and adhere to structured processes

• Proficient in working with spreadsheets and tracking systems

• Previous experience in a virtual assistant, sales support, lead generation, or administrative role

• Preferred experience with CRM systems, outreach tools, or lead tracking platforms

• Familiarity with email outreach and prospecting workflows is an advantage

• Strong written English skills (this role includes regular email communication)

• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently

• Must be available to work full-time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
