Proposals Writer, Sales Enablement Support

📋 Description

• Collaborate with various teams to collect insights and content essential for the development of proposals.

• Write, edit, and format RFP responses that effectively communicate Ellit Groups’ value proposition and solutions.

• Create customized responses for Epic Systems EHR implementations, activation services, and extensive healthcare IT consulting projects.

• Ensure all proposals are in line with brand standards while adapting to the specific formatting and submission needs of clients.

• Oversee timelines and ensure coordination among contributors to meet submission deadlines.

• Examine RFP requirements to guarantee full compliance with all guidelines, formatting, and evaluation criteria.

• Conduct research on potential clients, industry trends, and competitive positioning to enhance proposal responses.

• Maintain and continually enhance a centralized repository of proposal content, templates, case studies, and reusable responses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in proposal writing within healthcare IT or consulting, particularly for Epic Systems EHR projects.

• Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare IT solutions and the capability to convey complex information clearly.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
