This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Strategically assist and oversee the creation of proposals, which includes the development of support strategies and leading TCs.
• Ensure that proposal contributions are gathered from a diverse range of stakeholders, typically involving inputs from sales, marketing, operational teams, finance, legal, and upper management.
• Conduct quality control and validate stakeholder feedback.
• Deliver high-quality, client-focused proposals, budgets, and client grids for new business ventures.
• Attend departmental meetings, including global RFP Triage, P&C internal meetings, and additional ad-hoc calls.
• Aid in and take part in proposals training, which encompasses onboarding new staff as well as providing ongoing training for existing personnel and individuals outside the P&C team.
• Assist in tasks related to the coordination, development, negotiation, and execution of client contracts and change orders for key accounts and significant opportunities.
• Contribute to the formulation of standardized procedures at the departmental level, and help streamline processes for proposal preparation and efficient turnaround times.
• Facilitate the growth of junior staff by organizing lessons learned and ongoing education programs to enhance team performance and development.
• Promote process improvement initiatives that lead to the creation of highly accurate and effective costs and proposals.
• Ensure that Senior Management is suitably involved in quality control and contributions to Key Opportunities, and that their strategies are effectively communicated to clients.
• Participate in continuous departmental process improvements and engage in special projects assigned periodically, in addition to daily responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience in developing proposals and managing budgets within the Clinical Research Organization (CRO) sector.
• A background in Pharmacovigilance (Safety Services) or experience with PV providers is advantageous.
