
Proposals Manager – Pharmacovigilance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Strategically guide and oversee the creation of proposals, which includes formulating support strategies and leading Technical Consultations (TCs).
• Ensure that proposal contributions are gathered from a diverse range of stakeholders, typically involving inputs from sales, marketing, operational teams, finance, legal, and senior management.
• Conduct quality control and review stakeholder feedback for accuracy and relevance.
• Deliver high-quality, client-oriented proposals, budgets, and client grids for new business ventures.
• Participate in departmental meetings such as global RFP Triage, P&C internal meetings, and various ad hoc discussions.
• Assist in and engage with Proposals training, which encompasses onboarding new staff and providing ongoing training for current team members and personnel outside the P&C team.
• Aid in the coordination, development, negotiation, and execution of client contracts and change orders for significant accounts and opportunities.
• Contribute to the establishment of standardized procedures at the departmental level and assist in optimizing processes related to proposal preparation and efficient turnaround times.
• Foster the growth of junior staff by organizing lessons learned sessions and ongoing education programs to enhance team performance.
• Promote process improvement initiatives that lead to the development of proposals and costs with the highest level of accuracy and effectiveness.
• Ensure that Senior Management is adequately involved in quality control and the contribution to Key Opportunities, with their strategies communicated effectively to clients.
• Facilitate continuous improvements in departmental processes and take part in special projects as assigned, alongside regular responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience in developing proposals and managing budgets within the Clinical Research Organization (CRO) sector.
• Experience in Pharmacovigilance (Safety Services) or with PV providers is advantageous.
