
Proposals Manager – Pharmacovigilance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Strategically guide and oversee the creation of proposals, including the development of support strategies and leading TCs.
• Ensure that proposal input is gathered from various stakeholders, typically including contributions from sales, marketing, operational teams, finance, legal, and senior management.
• Conduct quality control and verify stakeholder feedback.
• Deliver high-quality, client-focused proposals, budgets, and client grids for new business opportunities.
• Attend departmental meetings, including global RFP Triage, P&C internal meetings, and other ad hoc calls.
• Assist and participate in Proposals training, which encompasses onboarding new staff as well as ongoing training for existing personnel and those outside the P&C team.
• Aid in activities related to the coordination, development, negotiation, and execution of client contracts and change orders for key accounts and significant opportunities.
• Contribute to the creation of standardized procedures at the departmental level and support efforts to streamline processes for proposal preparation and efficient turnaround times.
• Foster the development of junior staff by organizing lessons learned and continuous education programs to enhance team performance and growth.
• Support initiatives for process improvement that lead to the development of highly accurate and effective costs and proposals.
• Ensure that Senior Management is appropriately engaged in quality control and contributes to key opportunities, effectively communicating their strategies to the client.
• Drive continuous departmental process enhancements and participate in special projects as assigned, in addition to daily responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience in developing proposals and managing budgets within the Clinical Research Organization (CRO) sector.
• A background in Pharmacovigilance (Safety Services) or experience with PV providers is an added advantage.
