Proposals Manager – Pharmacovigilance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Strategically assist in leading the proposal development process, including the formulation of support strategies and the facilitation of team collaborations.

• Gather proposal input from a diverse range of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal, and executive management.

• Conduct quality control and validation of stakeholder feedback.

• Deliver high-quality, client-centric proposals, budgets, and client grids for new business opportunities.

• Participate in departmental meetings, such as global RFP Triage, internal P&C meetings, and other ad-hoc discussions.

• Engage in Proposals training, which encompasses onboarding new employees as well as providing ongoing training for existing staff and personnel outside the P&C team.

• Assist in coordinating, developing, negotiating, and executing client contracts and change orders for key accounts and significant opportunities.

• Contribute to the establishment of standardized departmental procedures and support efforts to streamline proposal preparation processes for efficient turnaround times.

• Foster the development of junior staff by organizing lessons learned sessions and continuing education programs to enhance team performance and growth.

• Promote process improvement initiatives that lead to the creation of highly accurate and effective proposals and cost estimates.

• Ensure that Senior Management is adequately engaged in quality control and contributions to Key Opportunities, with strategies effectively communicated to clients.

• Drive continuous improvements within the department and participate in special projects as assigned, alongside regular responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in proposal development and budget management within the Clinical Research Organization (CRO) sector.

• A background in Pharmacovigilance (Safety Services) or experience with PV providers is advantageous.
