This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the creation of high-quality, successful proposals and presentations throughout the United States

• Collaborate with stakeholders and oversee timelines for multiple simultaneous projects

• Serve as the primary proposal resource for Infrastructure initiatives

• Take charge of the design and creation of proposals and presentations using PowerPoint

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in marketing and proposal/bid writing and coordination

• At least 5 years of experience in both proposal/bid management and corporate marketing/communications

• Outstanding project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

• A strong aesthetic sensibility is essential

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
