This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond to RFPs from media agencies managing marketing budgets for pharmaceutical brand teams, creating tailored PowerPoint presentations and Excel pricing responses.
• Modify templated slide decks to align with each brand’s specific therapeutic area and campaign goals, collaborating with Impiricus’ sales team to effectively position our products and strategy.
• Populate and format pricing tables, product grids, and campaign summaries using Excel.
• Oversee an active queue of multiple proposals under tight deadlines, especially during the peak season from July to December.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, strategy, customer success, data team, and marketing) to collect the necessary inputs for each response.
• Utilize AI tools to expedite initial drafts, customize boilerplate content to meet brand-specific objectives, and enhance research on therapeutic areas or competitive positioning, while exercising judgment to ensure accuracy, tone, and compliance before submission.
• Aid in maintaining and organizing the PowerPoint RFP slide library, ensuring content is up-to-date, on-brand, and easily accessible.
• Review and refresh boilerplate slides on a regular schedule (capabilities, case studies, data assets, team bios) in response to evolving products and offerings.
• Identify outdated or inconsistent content and assist with periodic library audits.
• Proofread all proposals prior to submission for accuracy, formatting consistency, and alignment with RFP requirements.
• Monitor the submission tracker in Asana and proactively flag any capacity or deadline conflicts.
• Contribute to process enhancements that improve throughput and proposal quality over time.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in a proposal-related role.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint — capable of building, formatting, and maintaining slide decks to brand standards, not merely editing text.
• Proficiency in Excel — comfortable with pricing tables, data grids, and structured formatting.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted writing and research tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to facilitate quicker proposal turnaround.
• Ability to read and interpret an RFP/media brief, discern what is important to media agencies and pharmaceutical brand teams, create PPT response decks from a slide repository, and ensure final responses are concise and accurate.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple open deadlines simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable in a remote work environment.
• Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents, along with an on-demand healthcare concierge.
• HSA, FSA & DCFSA: Pre-tax savings options for healthcare and dependent care, including monthly employer contributions to HSA (if enrolled in a high-deductible plan).
• Coverage & Protection: 100% paid short- and long-term disability insurance, as well as life and AD&D coverage.
• Flexible Time Off: Enjoy a flexible vacation policy that allows you to take the time you need to recharge.
• Parental Leave: 12 weeks of paid leave to bond with your newborn, adopted, or foster child (available after 6 months of employment).
• Your Work, Your Way: If you're near an office, we encourage in-person collaboration. If not, remote work is always an option.
• 401(k): Save for your future with tax benefits and company matching!
