This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for comprehensive support throughout the entire proposal management lifecycle, which encompasses Proposal Development & Management; Strategy & Collaboration; Content & Design; AI & Technology Integration; as well as Process Improvement & Knowledge Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 3 years of experience in proposal development, ideally within Government consulting services.

• Knowledge of GSA schedules and a solid understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) is essential.

• Proficiency in federal procurement and submission platforms, including eBuy, GovWin, PIEE, Seaport, and SAM.gov.

• Advanced skills in MS Word as a desktop publishing tool; strong competence in the complete MS Office suite, including graphics applications.

• Practical experience with desktop publishing software (such as Adobe InDesign, Publisher, or similar) to create visually engaging, print- and submission-ready proposal documents.

• Familiarity with MS SharePoint and other content management databases.

• Proven ability or a strong eagerness to learn and integrate AI tools for proposal management, content development, and workflow automation.
