Proposal Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for Pre-Award (CRM stages 1-4) inquiries.

• Coordinate and lead the responses to RFI questionnaires and RFPs from clients, ensuring collaboration and contributions from all relevant stakeholders.

• Guarantee that high-quality and professional documents and budgets are delivered to our clients.

• Ensure thorough internal review of RFI responses, proposals, and pricing to accurately reflect the client's request, avoiding overscoping and price inflation.

• Collaborate with the ATS Strategic Pricing team for any strategic pricing requests (budget grids, rate cards, discounts) as needed.

• Update the CRM promptly upon submission of RFI/Proposal to the client.

• Ensure compliance with the CRM BR process and provide necessary support to team members and business developers.

• Confirm that all RFIs, proposals, and price calculators are correctly stored in SharePoint with the appropriate format and naming conventions.

• Ensure the timely addition of any new RFI content to the Qvidian database for future reference.

• Offer support and guidance to the Contracts team as required.

• Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Leadership team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management, or a related field.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of direct experience in Contracts, Finance, Proposals, Administration, industry-specific operations, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical / Contract Research & Development industry is a plus.

• Understanding of the Clinical Trial Process (Phases of Clinical Trials) is an advantage.

• Strong customer focus.

• A mindset geared towards process improvement.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
