This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the collection, organization, and submission of high-quality proposals, tenders, and RFQ responses for the Americas business unit.
• Manage the complete bid lifecycle from the initial inquiry to submission, ensuring that all deadlines are consistently met.
• Collaborate with technical, operational, and commercial teams to gather necessary content, pricing information, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain and regularly update a repository of standard proposal content, case studies, and CVs to reflect current capabilities.
• Conduct thorough reviews of tender documents to identify key requirements, risks, and commercial considerations.
• Actively track and manage bid calendars, ensuring alignment among all internal stakeholders regarding submission timelines.
• Coordinate and respond to customer clarification requests promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the CCO to prepare and manage commercial clarification logs, ensuring accurate documentation throughout the bid process.
• Support commercial negotiations by creating summaries, comparison matrices, and relevant documentation.
• Assist in reviewing contractual terms and highlight commercial risks for the CCO's attention and action.
• Maintain and update Salesforce CRM with precise pipeline data, opportunity statuses, bid outcomes, and customer interactions.
• Generate regular pipeline and activity reports from Salesforce.
• Advocate for data quality within Salesforce, ensuring that all tendering activities are accurately recorded and reported.
• 3-5 years of experience in a tendering, proposals, or commercial coordination role, preferably within energy services, engineering, or industrial services.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent bids with competing deadlines.
• Proficient in Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform, with experience in pipeline management and reporting.
• Strong written communication skills, capable of producing clear, compelling, and professionally formatted proposal documents.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in the utility industry or the broader renewables sector is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with energy services terminology, including O&M, EPC, and asset management contracts.
• Exposure to commercial contract review and understanding of key contractual risk areas.
• Remote position with limited travel required for team meetings in either Houston or Fort Worth, occurring quarterly or as needed.
