This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and oversee proposal timelines, milestones, and deadlines to guarantee timely delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to collect resumes, project experiences, and technical information.
• Monitor all pursuits and proposal activities within the Business Development master tracker.
• Ensure adherence to RFP/RFQ specifications, including formatting and submission protocols.
• Prepare, format, and compile proposal documents, such as cover letters, resumes, and project sheets.
• Manage the final submission process, including online platforms and document packaging.
• Maintain proposal templates, standardized content, and document guidelines.
• Assist in Go/No-Go processes by organizing materials and coordinating internal evaluations.
• Facilitate proposal kickoff meetings to ensure team alignment.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to guarantee the timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to boost proposal efficiency and consistency.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 3 years of experience in proposal coordination, project coordination, or a similar position.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Capability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
