This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Conduct daily searches on various platforms to identify suitable project opportunities, meticulously review client requirements, and craft proposals that genuinely address client needs.
• Compose, assess, and enhance proposal drafts to ensure they are clear, aligned with our brand, and engaging. Avoid generic templates.
• Maintain consistent communication with prospective clients and ensure our offerings are accurately represented.
• Monitor daily output to ensure the volume of proposals aligns with the company's strategic direction.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding proposal activities and results.
• Identify trends in successful proposals, analyze the data critically, and present ideas for continuous improvement.
• Experience in proposal writing, sales, or marketing. You have previously engaged in this type of work.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a closely related field.
• Proficient English writing skills (minimum B2 to C1 level).
• An authentic sales-oriented mindset. You comprehend client desires and tailor your writing accordingly.
• Strong writing abilities with the capability to identify and correct errors independently.
• Ability to work autonomously without close supervision. You manage your own pace and accomplish tasks effectively.
• Comfortable collaborating with a diverse team across various cultures and time zones.
• Familiar with LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms where clients and projects are found.
• Attentive to details and take them seriously.
• A genuine interest in technology not just as a tool, but as a captivating field.
• Previous experience in technical writing or the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for general understanding is a significant advantage.
