Property Visit Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Performing move-in and/or move-out condition evaluations (check-in/check-out walkthroughs)

• Arranging and leading rental property tours

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a smartphone or tablet for conducting condition evaluations

• Hold valid professional liability insurance

• Be self-employed or an independent contractor

• Have a valid driver's license (category B) and a personal vehicle

• Demonstrate attention to detail, thoroughness, and diplomacy

• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills

• Have experience in the real estate industry, including conducting condition evaluations and property tours

• Maintain flexible availability, with a willingness to work outside of standard office hours

• Be comfortable using digital tools and mobile applications
