This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Attract, retain, and nurture top-tier talent through proactive recruitment efforts; collaborate with management to establish and implement a comprehensive staffing strategy.
• Ensure effective orientation and onboarding processes.
• Oversee staff performance; execute strategies and plans to facilitate staff development; continuously identify and address training needs; provide regular performance feedback.
• Partner with management to design and implement effective training programs, performance development, and succession planning.
• Create and implement a strategic file management plan that ensures optimal file resolution and business outcomes.
• Offer face-to-face and written guidance to guarantee effectiveness, engagement, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Conduct quality file reviews in accordance with office and best practices guidelines.
• Execute strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing file quality, customer service, and cost management.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, business partners, customers, agents, regulatory agencies, and others to achieve organizational objectives and foster improved outcomes.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in claim management.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• A minimum of three years of claim-related work experience in at least one line of business.
• Valid Driver's License.
