• Assessing service charges, insurance, and associated costs

• Negotiating results that foster long-term value

• Collaborating closely with internal teams, including business development and retail support

• Assisting with licenses to alter and resolving landlord disputes

• Considering maintenance and compliance aspects

• Cultivating strong, trustworthy relationships

• Traveling regularly to engage with store partners

• Influencing outcomes and achieving optimal results

• Juggling multiple projects efficiently

• Identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and enhancing value

• Challenging when necessary and leading complex negotiations

• Proven experience within a multi-site retail environment

• Strong understanding of property management principles

• Collaborative and solutions-oriented approach

• Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels

• Ability to navigate complex situations comfortably

• RICS membership or actively pursuing it (preferred)
