This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identifying, developing, and litigating significant property rights cases across various levels of courts throughout the nation.
• Collaborating with fellow attorneys to advance and litigate PLF’s property rights cases aimed at safeguarding the constitutional rights of Americans.
• 2-4 years of experience in litigation or an equivalent background, such as judicial clerkship experience.
• A strong enthusiasm for litigating property rights cases.
• A comprehensive understanding of the moral and constitutional foundations of property rights is highly advantageous.
• A proven history of successful legal endeavors.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of and passion for the principles of freedom and individual liberty.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% to 30% of the time.
