Property Portfolio Manager I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of both owned and leased properties

• Create and oversee operating budgets along with asset management strategies

• Foster relationships with local leadership and partners

• Provide property management services in line with established standards

• Conduct property inspections and identify areas needing service improvements

• Minimum of two years of experience in property management

• Fundamental knowledge of lease agreements, real estate terminology, and building operations

• Proven experience in managing vendor relationships

• Strong skills in project management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
