Property Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee our custom site inspection application by reviewing AI-generated reports and finalizing precise project documentation.

• Manage ongoing property conversion projects by following up with contractors to obtain progress updates, photographic evidence, and critical project information.

• Act as the primary contact for UK utility and energy providers, navigating complex processes and lengthy wait times to arrange for meter relocations and new connections.

• Interact with clients through WhatsApp and email to secure approvals, gather necessary information, and provide consistent project updates.

• Keep essential project records, such as valuation sheets, invoices, work schedules, and other documents using established templates.

• Become knowledgeable in the company’s internal knowledge base, utilizing it to independently resolve issues before escalating them to the Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding English communication skills for regular professional phone interactions with UK clients and companies.

• Based in South Africa with a reliable internet connection and the capacity to work full UK business hours.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with a proven history of managing checklists and multiple tasks without oversight.

• A high level of persistence and patience, especially when confronting administrative challenges or dealing with external providers.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and project management tools (e.g., Asana).

• Strong judgment skills; capable of working independently while understanding when to escalate a decision to the Director.

• **Nice-to-Haves**

• Prior experience in property, construction, or lettings.

• Knowledge of UK administrative processes or utility company frameworks.

• Experience in a remote operations position supporting a UK-based business.
