This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Supervise the daily operations and financial performance of residential and/or commercial properties.
• Oversee property budgets, accounts payable/receivable, rent collections, and financial reporting.
• Manage property maintenance, repairs, capital improvements, and vendor services.
• Create and track annual operating budgets, forecasts, and expenses to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
• Lead property enhancement, renovation, and construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, vendors, and stakeholders to oversee project schedules, quality, and compliance.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, monitor their performance, and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
• Conduct regular property inspections to pinpoint maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Address tenant concerns and operational issues swiftly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare management reports, project updates, and financial analyses for ownership and senior leadership.
• Implement process enhancements to boost operational efficiency and property performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, lease agreements, and relevant local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in property management, with a proven track record in project management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of property operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management.
• Experience in managing renovation, construction, or capital improvement projects.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple properties, projects, and priorities concurrently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with property management software such as AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
