Property Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete tenancy lifecycle

• Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and professional rental process

• Serve as the primary liaison for maintenance inquiries from both tenants and landlords

• Evaluate and prioritize reported issues, collaborating with approved contractors to guarantee prompt and effective solutions

• Ensure that all properties adhere to legal and regulatory standards

• Manage the entire tenancy renewal process

• Coordinate property check-outs and supervise the end-of-tenancy procedures

• Foster and sustain positive working relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders

• Keep accurate records of tenancy, compliance, and property details using property management software and internal systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in **residential property management**, tenancy administration, or a similar tenancy-oriented position.

• Strong understanding of **UK housing legislation**, landlord and tenant laws, health and safety standards, and statutory compliance requirements.

• Legal education or relevant experience (e.g., **LL.B, GDL, Paralegal, Legal Executive, or equivalent**) with the capability to interpret tenancy agreements, contracts, and regulatory documents.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a knack for handling multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a professional and customer-centric attitude.

• Available to work during **UK business hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, and Saturdays, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

• Preferred Qualifications

• - Experience in managing tenancy disputes, legal proceedings, possession issues, or other property-related litigation.

• - Familiarity with **1090 Property Management Software** and **Goodlord**, including daily tenancy administration and compliance management.

• - Prior experience in a dynamic lettings agency, property management firm, or legal practice focused on residential property.
