Property Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• As a self-sufficient Property Manager within the ALB network, you will oversee a collection of short-term rental properties utilizing a professional and organized methodology.

• Property acquisition: locating and onboarding new properties for management.

• Comprehensive operational management: coordinating schedules, managing vendors/service providers, maintenance, and maintaining quality standards.

• Revenue optimization: enhancing occupancy rates and pricing strategies.

• Guest experience: managing the entire traveler/guest experience from start to finish.

• Portfolio expansion: progressively increasing your portfolio of managed properties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capacity to persuade and establish trust with property owners.

• Acceptable backgrounds include real estate, sales/retail, or any other fields (such as hairdressing, management, hospitality, etc.) — your motivation is what matters most.

• A desire for the independence of an independent contractor, complemented by the support of a structured network.

• A goal to develop long-term recurring income instead of a fixed salary.
