This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of short-term rental properties

• Address guest inquiries, manage bookings, and respond to reviews

• Enhance property listings, adjust pricing, and maximize occupancy

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing short-term rentals from a remote location

• In-depth knowledge of Airbnb and VRBO platforms (including calendars, pricing strategies, messaging, and reviews)

• Excellent communication skills with guests and strong problem-solving abilities

• Capability to coordinate cleaning services and maintenance remotely

• Highly organized, dependable, and proactive
