Property Management Operations Manager – Team Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all leasing processes, collection efforts, maintenance scheduling, and administrative functions.

• Ensure timely responses to all rental inquiries.

• Track lead conversion metrics, application statuses, approvals, move-in rates, and overall occupancy figures.

• Manage the daily posting of rental listings on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow, and other relevant sites.

• Evaluate guest cards, applications, collection reports, and vacancy statistics.

• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure follow-up until tasks are completed.

• Lead and mentor team members, providing daily performance feedback.

• Identify operational challenges and propose solutions to enhance occupancy rates and collection efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in apartment, multifamily, or residential property management.

• Proven experience in supervising leasing agents, maintenance coordinators, collections staff, and administrative personnel.

• In-depth knowledge of leasing procedures, rent collection processes, lease renewals, notice distributions, delinquency follow-ups, work order management, and occupancy oversight.

• Experience in managing virtual teams and remote staff members.

• Excellent reporting and organizational abilities.

• Must be comfortable working U.S. business hours and able to communicate effectively in English.

• A quiet home office environment is required.

• A fast and reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps and available backup.
