This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Strive to meet established activity targets while aiming to consistently decrease WIP throughout the year.
• Process all invoices and approve estimates within 5 working days of receiving or agreeing to them.
• Take charge of issuing interim fees during the claim life cycle as indicated centrally.
• Ensure full completion of all prepared site notes templates and related documentation within specified SLAs.
• Maintain the accuracy of data contained in Cq at all times.
• Assist in ensuring accurate management information by completing spreadsheets as required.
• Reduce elapsed times by promoting and maintaining a proactive approach to file management.
• Identify potential fraud cases and recoveries, referring them as appropriate within designated SLAs.
• Work towards ensuring correct policy interpretation and validation.
• Prepare, review, and approve reports for clients according to agreed SLAs and formats when appropriate.
• Ensure that files meet audit standards at all times.
• Collaborate with designated colleagues to proactively update customers and clients as necessary in line with agreed client SLAs.
• Take responsibility for adhering to agreed/documented procedures when addressing problems and complaints.
• Foster strong working relationships with clients and staff, both within and outside the Davies Group.
• Stay aware of business opportunities and refer all identified prospects to the Davies Group.
• Be responsible for handling out-of-hours calls to the Davies Group according to a pre-set rota.
• Extensive experience as a Property Loss Adjuster.
• Currently possess or be pursuing recognized professional qualifications at a diploma level.
• Demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in organizing and managing one's own workload is essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with flexibility to adapt to workload fluctuations.
