This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Ensure the smooth progression of client transactions during periods of colleague absence.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with property lawyers and conveyancing teams throughout the organization.
• Provide outstanding customer outcomes while adhering to service standards and compliance obligations.
• Manage a diverse range of conveyancing matters with a high level of confidence and minimal oversight.
• Offer support to teams during times of heightened demand or operational strain.
• Foster a culture of shared responsibility, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.
• Help sustain the exceptional service levels and client satisfaction that Eden is recognized for.
• Temporarily take ownership of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion and subsequent closure.
• Effectively progress transactions, ensuring that key milestones, exchanges, and completions remain on schedule.
• Identify and prioritize matters requiring immediate attention.
• Maintain precise case records, notes, and activity updates within the case management system.
• Proactively resolve issues to minimize delays and achieve positive customer outcomes.
• Build strong working relationships with conveyancers and property lawyers across the organization.
• Provide clear file notes, updates, and recommendations to facilitate seamless handovers.
• Communicate proactively with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers, and other conveyancers throughout the transaction process.
• Assist colleagues during periods of elevated workload or operational demands.
• Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
• Identify and address conveyancing issues across various transaction types.
• Deliver work consistently to a high standard while meeting business performance expectations.
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and client-focused service delivery.
• Support teams facing capacity challenges.
• Move forward with aging or backlog matters.
• Assist with exchanges, completions, and critical deadlines.
• Contribute ideas and feedback for process, workflow, and operational improvements.
• Demonstrated experience managing residential conveyancing transactions with minimal daily supervision.
• Strong background in handling sales and purchases from initial instruction to completion.
• Experience with remortgage and transfer of equity transactions.
• Familiarity with freehold and leasehold matters.
• Excellent communication and client care abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
• Confident in using case management systems and digital tools.
• Flexible and adaptable work approach.
• Ability to quickly grasp and take ownership of existing matters.
• Strong teamwork capabilities.
• Recent Continuing Professional Development (CPD), including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) training.
• Salary: £30k- £40k FTE (based on experience), plus a performance bonus scheme ranging from 7% to 17% of annual salary.
