Property Inspector, Field Service - Trier Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Perform internal and external inspections of residential, commercial, and specialized properties.

• Evaluate and document the structural and technical conditions of properties.

• Measure and calculate living and floor spaces.

• Record the current construction status and maintenance actions.

• Engage in digital communication with colleagues regarding ongoing issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A passion for real estate along with initial experience or a strong interest in the field.

• Preferably possess experience in floor area calculations and measurements.

• Excellent communication skills, dependability, and the ability to work autonomously.

• Key strengths include accuracy, diligence, and responsible behavior.

• Maintain a friendly disposition, even in stressful situations.

• Proficient in Office software, including Excel, MS Teams, and Outlook.

• Valid driver’s license (Class B) and driving experience.

• Proficient in German, both written and spoken.
