Property Inspector, Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conducting inspections of residential, commercial, and specialized properties from both interior and exterior perspectives.

• Coordinating and scheduling route planning for the service team.

• Executing five pre-scheduled day tours with around 40 appointments each week.

• Responsible for evaluating and documenting the structural integrity of properties.

• Preparing measurements and calculating living areas.

• Recording the current construction status and maintenance activities.

• Engaging in regular digital communication with colleagues regarding current matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong interest in real estate.

• Initial experience in the real estate industry or a keen enthusiasm for the field.

• Ideally, familiarity with living area calculations and measurements.

• Excellent communication skills, dependability, and the ability to work autonomously.

• Attention to detail, conscientiousness, and responsible behavior.

• Proficient in Office applications such as Excel, MS Teams, and Outlook.

• Possession of a Class B driving license with driving experience.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.
