Property Inspector, Field Representative – Frankfurt Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conducting inspections of residential, commercial, and special-purpose properties, both externally and internally.

• Evaluating and documenting the technical condition of various properties.

• Performing on-site measurements, calculating the living area (floor area), and recording construction progress/status.

• Engaging in regular digital coordination and information sharing with colleagues regarding current topics.

• A keen interest in real estate with some preliminary experience in the industry.

• Preferably, experience in performing floor area calculations and conducting on-site measurements.

• Excellent communication skills, dependability, and the capability to work autonomously.

• Meticulousness, conscientiousness, and a responsible attitude.

• A service-oriented and approachable demeanor.

• Proficiency in Office applications such as Excel, MS Teams, and Outlook.

• A valid Class B driver's license along with some driving experience.

• Strong command of the German language, both verbally and in writing.
