Property Inspector, Field Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execute inspections of residential, commercial, and specialized properties, both on the interior and exterior.

• Tasked with evaluating and recording the technical/building condition of the properties.

• Carry out measurements and compute living areas.

• Record the current construction status along with maintenance activities.

• Engage in regular digital collaboration with colleagues regarding ongoing matters.

• Passion for real estate.

• Some experience within the real estate sector.

• Ideally, familiarity with calculations and measurements of living areas.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Dependability.

• Ability to work independently.

• Precision, conscientiousness, and responsible behavior.

• Professional, service-oriented, and friendly attitude.

• Proficient in Office applications such as Excel, MS Teams, and Outlook.

• Valid Class B driver's license along with driving experience.

• Very good proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written.
