Property Inspector, Field

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential, commercial, and specialty properties.

• Execute 5 pre-planned daily routes, handling approximately 40 appointments each week.

• Evaluate and document the technical and structural condition of properties.

• Measure areas, calculate living spaces, and record construction statuses and maintenance efforts.

• Maintain regular digital communication with colleagues regarding current matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• A passion for real estate with some experience in the industry, or a strong interest in pursuing this field.

• Ideally, prior experience in area measurements and dimension taking.

• Excellent communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

• Strong attention to detail, conscientiousness, and a responsible approach to work.

• A neat, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor.

• Proficiency in office software such as Excel, MS Teams, and Outlook.

• A valid Class B driving license along with some driving experience.

• Very good German language skills, both verbal and written.
