This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist customers through phone and email regarding policy quotes and billing questions

• Handle endorsements, cancellations, and updates to coverage

• Address underwriting inquiries for clients

• Maintain adherence to industry regulations

• Proven experience in customer service

• Experience in a call center is advantageous

• Strong attention to detail

• Capability to explain complex insurance subjects clearly

• Dependable and able to pass a background check

• Must be available for a complete 8-week training program
