Property and Housing Acquisition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify and secure potential housing partners within the German market.

• Provide guidance to landlords, property owners, and property management firms on operational housing strategies while establishing long-term partnerships.

• Assist partners through phone, written communication, and virtual interactions, ensuring a professional and positive service experience.

• Clearly and persuasively explain complex tax and financial issues related to housing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience in the German real estate industry, such as an estate agent, in property management, or in similar roles.

• Ability to articulate complex issues clearly and convincingly to diverse target audiences.

• Proficient use of IT systems, CRM tools, and digital applications.

• Independent, structured, and responsible work approach.

• Excellent German language proficiency along with a communicative and charismatic personality.
