This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Supervises and leads a team of claims adjusters.

• Manage claims from the initial assessment to final resolution.

• Ensure claims are thoroughly investigated, evaluated, and resolved in a timely manner.

• Maintain a continuous diary for tracking purposes.

• Deliver exceptional service to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in Automobile Supervision is required.

• Familiarity with claims handling concepts, practices, and techniques.

• Proven verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated advanced skills in analytical thinking, decision-making, and negotiation.

• Proficiency in computer use.
