Property Adjuster – Field Estimating

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding service to policyholders through on-site assessments.

• Examine coverage and prepare detailed estimates.

• Resolve claims efficiently and promptly.

• Manage virtual claims utilizing tools like Xactimate.

• Specialize in water damage and various property claims.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in property adjusting, water mitigation, or independent adjusting.

• Proficiency in Xactimate is highly preferred.

• Willingness to travel to clients' residences.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.

• Residency in the Seattle Metro area is essential.

• Capable of carrying a 50-pound ladder.

• Ability to access roofs with a pitch of up to 6/12 on one to two-story buildings.
