Property Adjuster, Field Estimating

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding service to our policyholders by performing on-site inspections and resolving claims efficiently.

• Manage virtual claims nationwide, utilizing a variety of platforms and software including Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration.

• Conduct thorough investigations of property claims by reviewing damage meticulously and interpreting policies to ascertain coverage.

• Engage with customers effectively via phone, email, and video chat to address their claim requirements.

• Negotiate settlements for claims with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants.

• Employ tools to streamline claims processes and maintain precise documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as an outside adjuster is strongly preferred.

• Adeptness in utilizing Xactimate and other pertinent software for estimating purposes.

• Strong analytical and technical abilities to evaluate damages accurately and expedite claims resolutions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to ensure superb customer service.

• Capability to travel to customers' residences and manage virtual claims nationwide effectively.

• Detail-oriented and organized, committed to delivering high-quality results.

• Residency within 60 miles of Austin, TX is a requirement for this position.
