Property Adjuster – Field Estimating

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding service to policyholders by traveling to perform on-site inspections, investigate coverage, prepare estimates, and promptly resolve claims.

• Manage virtual claims across the country using platforms such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration.

• Conduct thorough investigations of property claims by reviewing damage in detail and interpreting policies to ascertain coverage.

• Interact with customers through phone, email, and video chat to streamline the claims process.

• Negotiate settlements with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants.

• Employ various tools to efficiently manage tasks while maintaining accurate records in a claims system.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' prior experience as an outside adjuster is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in Xactimate and other relevant estimating software is essential.

• Strong critical thinking and technical abilities to accurately assess damages and expedite claims settlements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure exceptional customer service.

• Capability to travel to customer locations and effectively manage virtual claims nationwide.

• Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and readiness to travel as required by the role.

• Residency within the specified location is a requirement for this position.
