Property Adjuster – Condo Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage losses and claims for property and casualty insurance providers

• Review insurance policies and related documents to assess coverage

• Conduct interviews and communicate with claimants and witnesses regarding claims

• Evaluate property damage and ascertain the extent of the company's liability

• Estimate the costs for repair, replacement, or compensation

• Compile findings into a report and negotiate settlements with claimants

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in the field

• Demonstrated skills in adjusting and negotiation

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Proficient in computer applications, including office software, Outlook, and web-based tools

• Currently enrolled in the CIP program
