This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Every piece of content that a Contour student encounters has undergone this role before it reaches them.

• The grammar, clarity, and consistency across all pages are paramount.

• You will engage with educational content, meticulously comparing each document to its source draft to ensure accuracy, completeness, and linguistic consistency.

• You take your work seriously and strive for continuous improvement.

• You identify recurring issues early and communicate them effectively. When you discover a more efficient method, you proactively share your insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional English grammar and proofreading abilities with a keen eye for inconsistencies and mistakes.

• Proficient in working with educational content and carefully comparing it to the original draft.

• Consistent in applying the same high standard to every document you handle.

• Strong file management skills and adeptness with general computer navigation.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in proofreading, editing, or a related content role.

• A Windows laptop or desktop equipped with Microsoft Word 2016 or later.
