Prompt Engineer, Mentor – Vibe Coding Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Educate engineers on Vibe Coding methodologies.

• Incorporate Vibe Coding into current development workflows.

• Assist in the implementation at the organizational scale.

• Guide engineers in integrating AI tools into the development process.

• Conduct workshops and provide resources for Vibe Coding.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of .NET (C#) and Angular.

• Capability to evaluate existing code, pinpoint bottlenecks, and showcase to the team how to utilize AI tools within this technology stack.

• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices: Incorporating AI into the development pipeline (e.g., test generation, static analysis, code review). Experience with tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar.

• Proficient in utilizing AI for writing and refining automated tests. Knowledge of static analysis tools is essential.

• Comprehension of which metrics accurately represent team productivity and how AI can enhance the Developer Experience.

• Expertise in prompt templates for various tasks: code generation, optimization, testing, and documentation.

• Practical experience with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT / OpenAI API. Familiarity with LangChain and Hugging Face is a bonus.

• Ability to articulate the benefits and risks of AI, including security concerns or incorrect architectural choices.

• Development of an internal training program. Skill in crafting a roadmap for implementing Vibe Coding: from workshops and resources to ongoing coding clinics.

• Proficient in training engineers across different experience levels (from Junior to Senior), tailoring the material to suit the audience.

• Capability to establish internal regulations and guidelines (best practices for AI utilization).
