This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and execute comprehensive promotional strategies that are in line with business goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of promotions across various platforms.

• Manage the complete execution of promotional campaigns, guaranteeing punctual and impeccable delivery.

• Develop the monthly promotional calendar and budget.

• Partner with the marketing and creative teams to produce engaging promotional materials.

• Leverage data analytics to continually test, learn, and enhance promotional effectiveness.

• Recognize trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement to improve future campaigns.

• Create promotions that connect with our member base and elevate the overall customer experience.

• Implement strategies to boost member engagement and loyalty through promotions.

• Collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure consistent messaging and user experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in promotions or marketing within the gaming or sports betting sectors.

• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for interpreting data and making data-driven choices.

• Creative mindset capable of generating innovative promotional concepts.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in Tableau, Google Suite, Braze, Asana, and Notion.
