Promotional Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and produce high-quality printed materials such as flyers, retail cards, hangtags, packaging, and marketing collateral.

• Prepare press-ready artwork that meets production and manufacturing specifications.

• Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to develop creative concepts from initial ideas to final approval.

• Generate photo-realistic 3D product renderings to visualize custom products before manufacturing.

• Build simple 3D models using Blender and render them with Blender or Adobe Dimension.

• Execute UV mapping and apply custom textures and graphics utilizing Photoshop.

• Ensure accurate depiction of materials, finishes, branding elements, and product details in all renderings.

• Assist in the design and development of custom products such as jewelry (lapel pins, medallions, coins) and soft goods (tassels, stoles, honor cords).

• Create visuals for webstores and marketing purposes, especially when physical samples are not yet accessible.

• Refine and adjust designs based on client feedback to achieve project objectives and timelines.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain consistency and quality across all outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in graphic design, ideally in print and product design.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Familiarity with Blender and/or other 3D design software.

• Experience with Adobe Dimension or similar rendering applications is advantageous.

• Strong grasp of print production and file preparation for manufacturing.

• Skilled in creating photo-realistic renderings and mockups.

• Capable of managing multiple projects and adhering to tight deadlines.

• Robust portfolio highlighting both print and 3D design work.

• Background in working with custom promotional products or manufacturing processes.

• Knowledge of packaging design and retail collateral.

• Basic understanding of product development processes.

• Experience collaborating with educational organizations or managing webstore-based product catalogs.
