Promotional Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design logos and create innovative artwork while developing pre-production visuals.

• Implement brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency and enhance images through photo editing.

• Participate in typesetting and layout design tasks.

• Create website mockups featuring engaging images.

• Develop item templates and re-draw items based on specifications and photographs.

• Uphold brand standards while exploring creative avenues.

• Review final layouts and propose improvements when necessary.

• Collaborate closely with clients to align with their ideas and manage expectations.

• Carry out ad hoc tasks related to the role.

• A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills and creativity across multiple mediums.

• Ability to both give and receive constructive feedback.

• Strong grasp of design principles, visual composition, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

• Effective time management skills, with the capability to meet deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar relevant role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.

• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.

• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Familiarity with marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities through effective organization and prioritization while adhering to strict deadlines.

• A passion for design with a keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and innovation within the graphic design industry.
