Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create marketing emails using provided text, focusing on layout, font hierarchy, image positioning, and overall aesthetic.

• Collaborate with the CRO hire to design and refine landing pages.

• Integrate conversion-focused feedback into the design of landing pages.

• Revise packaging, labels, and print-ready materials.

• Develop branded mockups for promotional items, such as tote bags and scalp scrubbers.

• Generate visual assets for social media without the need for account management.

• Occasionally design decks, press materials, magazine content, and trade-show marketing materials.

• Produce booth visuals and signage for events like Cosmoprof.

• Collaborate with the CRO hire to design and refine landing pages, incorporating conversion-related feedback into the designs.

• Update files for packaging, labels, and print-ready inserts.

• Create branded mockups for promotional items, including tote bags and scalp scrubbers.

• Generate visual assets for social media, with no management of social accounts required.

• Occasionally design decks, press materials, magazine content, and trade-show collateral, including booth visuals and signage for events like Cosmoprof.

• Demonstrate strong, independent project execution based on high-level guidance.

• Maintain proactive communication and escalate issues when facing obstacles or awaiting responses.

• Quickly grasp Dermazen’s authentic, human-centered, non-luxury visual identity.

• Exhibit strong digital and print design skills.

• Proficient in Photoshop, Canva, and Figma.

• Experience with Klaviyo.

• Familiarity with Monday.com.

• Experience with Photoshop, Canva, Klaviyo, Figma, Air, and Monday.com.

• English proficiency level must be indicated in the application form.

• Resume should adhere to the Coconut VA Profile Template and be submitted in English.

• Provide a 1-minute introduction video, preferably recorded using Loom.
