Promoter – Telephone Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Conduct telephone consultations with potential customers

• Evaluate customer needs and provide details about program offerings and funding options

• Assist customers in selecting the program that best meets their requirements

• Guide qualified leads in a fully inbound model without any cold calling

• Support customers throughout the closing phase

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication abilities and a consultative approach (native-level German proficiency)

• Prior experience in sales, inbound or outbound, or customer support is a plus

• Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace

• Availability for 50 hours per month, divided into 5-hour shifts

• Approximately 10 working days per month, with flexible scheduling options
